Accepted payment methods
PayPal is currently available for eligible online orders. Other methods are available only when shown at checkout or confirmed on the final invoice for that order.
Currency and fees
Store prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Buyers are responsible for bank, currency-conversion, intermediary, and receiving fees. The full invoiced amount must be received before release unless written credit terms apply.
Payment verification
We may review or hold an order to confirm identity, billing information, shipping risk, inventory, freight, or custom requirements. We may decline, cancel, or request an alternative payment method when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or processing errors.
Security
Card information is entered on the secure payment provider's service and is not stored by Charmie Supply. Do not email complete card details.
Wholesale invoices
Wire and ACH instructions are issued only through an official Charmie Supply invoice or confirmed company email. Verify any unexpected change to bank instructions with us before sending funds.
